Never worn this is a motorcycle jacket to protect the writer in the event of a spill. It has some protection in the elbows and in the back. There are a number of zippered pockets and storage as seen on the pictures it's a fairly heavy jacket. I'm 6 ft 1 240 lb and it fits me. I have other motorcycle jackets for sale as well
