The figure is in good condition, but has clear signs of damage as well. There are a few marks on the paint and ET has been written under its feet. Do please look closely on the images to see the overall condition of the figure and plastic! I will gladly submit more pictures in different angles and lighting if requested!😊 The accessory included is the original one that was included in the multipack. It is in great condition, with perhaps only some loose threads as the only sign of damage.
