The United Garment Workers of America began in 1891 and dissolved in 1994 (see tag) so this jacket is definitely prior to 1994. For it's age it is in fantastic condition and still has many many more years of wear left in it. Theres no rips or tears in the lining.
Waist has drawstring to cinch. Closure is strong zipper and velcro squares. Double front chest pockets that also curve out to separate side pockets. Please make sure you view the photos carefully. There is a spot on the back bottom I took a pic of as well as a little thread in the collar.
