* Pads are handmade by me
* Designed to take place of the medical gauze and avoid the medical tape that causes skin irritation
* They have no frayed edges which may prevent irritation
* 2 ply rings to absorb moisture from one's g-tube
* The upper, outer layer is made of a soft cotton
* You can choose which type of the layer adjacent to the body you prefer:
- the best premium luxurious ORGANIC BAMBOO VELOUR. It is breathable and an excellent absorber. High-quality fibres which are naturally antibacterial, hypoallergenic, breathable and wicks moisture away. Perfect if you prefer slightly thicker pads (they are ~ 3, max. 4 mm thick).
or
- microsuede, a fabric made using complex technology with ULTRA-MICROFIBRE, 20 times thinner than a hair. It's durable, but at the same time soft and very easy for washing. Perfect for those who prefer thinner pads (they are ~ 2mm thick).
PiQuu pads are light, soft and rather THIN. Microsuede ones are max. 2mm in thickest place (edges and stoma area), bamboo max. 3-4 mm. If you prefer THICKER, please let me know! I can make them double layered for you!
If you prefer pads with NO SEAM where it sits on the stoma, no problem, just let me know!
