Barbour Ogston jacket. Purchased in London during the Christmas season of 2024 and only worn two times. Was 440 euros new. This stylish jacket is a heritage-inspired wax jacket from Barbour's classic Tartan collection. Made from heavyweight Oban waxed cotton, this wax jacket offers protection from all weather conditions. The integrated quilted vest gives the jacket an outdoor feel and also provides extra warmth. The jacket also features luxurious details such as corduroy facings and leather elbow patches. The luxurious lining is made from a wool/cotton blend and features the Classic Barbour Tartan. This wool/cotton blend lining offers optimal body temperature retention. The Barbour jacket has four spacious flap pockets with button closures, a double stand-up collar made from wool and corduroy, and can be closed with either the double zip or press studs. In excellent condition. The jacket could use a rewaxing as seen in the final two pictures. These marks are barely visible when worn, but I've upped the exposure on my camera to make sure you can see them. There are also some 'use' marks such as the crinkling where the arm bends as my husband wore the jacket a couple of times. There is one small mark on the back of the shoulder but this will also disappear when rewaxed. There is also the slightest bit of pilling on the wool around the neck, to be expected with this material. Could be shaved off with a fabric shaver. The photos of these minor use marks are grouped in the back. Thé jacket is in excellent condition, in other words! Please feel free to message me with any questions you might have!
